Kenneth Mack Anderson was reading the newspaper at a coffee shop in Wilkesboro, NC when a van crashed through the wall and knocked him out of his booth. Kenny was pinned against the counter temporarily, but that didn't stop him from putting his hat on before crawling out. Full article here.
